"I have been a member at the XGym for many years. It has been and will continue to be the foundation of my exercise and strength building program. Consistency is the key to making meaningful progress over time and maintaining a high level of fitness. I have found that having a scheduled appointment with a personal trainer, for a workout that only takes 20 minutes, makes it very easy for me to continue to improve my fitness week after week and year after year. Once I walk thru the door, unlike a regular gym, there are no distractions. It's just me, the weights, the trainer and a very intense workout. As long as I show up to do my part, I'm guaranteed an excellent session. The facility is clean, the equipment is well maintained and the trainers are top notch. What else can you ask for?"

"I am sticking to the XGym program longer than I have ever with any exercise program. The XGym workout schedule is so convenient and quick that I still get a lot done in my day. The wokout has improved my concentration as well as my sense of calm, which flows into the rest of my day and week. My whole body is so much stronger, my posture has improved and the aches and pains I felt at work and while playing with my kids are gone. I like the idea that this type of strength training improves bone density and muscle strength without abrupt traumatic motion.
